ニセコ不動産は、ニセコ町ではなく倶知安町にあります。ニセコという地名は全国的に有名ですが、ニセコ地区では、後志（しりべし）振興局のある倶知安町が中心で、比較的大きなスーパーマーケットや病院、諸官庁(法務局・税務署・ハローワーク・警察署・保健所 等)、商店街、飲食店街などがあり住むにはとても便利なところです。ニセコ地区に住むには、倶知安町をお勧め致します。また、パウダースノウで評判のニセコ国際ひらふスキー場（グランヒラフ）は、倶知安町にあります。

The center of the Niseko area is not in Niseko-cho, but in Kutchan-cho where the Shiribeshi County Hall is located. Niseko Fudousan is also in Kutchan-cho. It's a comfortable town with a comparatively large hospital, supermarkets, shopping streets, restaurants, and taverns. The Niseko-Hirahu Skiing Ground (Grand Hirahu) that is famous for powder snow is also located in Kutchan-cho.
